When does the presale begin?
The presale will begin on Tuesday 19th November at 12:00 CET in Germany & 13:00 local time in Switzerland, Netherlands, United Kingdom & France.
General sale begins on Friday 22nd November at 10:00 local time.
How and when will I receive access?
Presale access codes and instructions will be emailed to eligible fans from 17:00 GMT / 18:00 CET on Monday 18th November 2024.
How many tickets can I purchase during the access?
Each access code is valid for up to 6 tickets.
Tickets will be sold first come, first served basis. We expect a very high demand and cannot guarantee tickets.
If I place more than one order, will I get additional access codes?
No, each customer will receive one access code.
How do I gain ticket presale access?
Purchase music or merchandise from this store before 15:00 GMT / 16:00 CET on Monday 18th November 2024.
If you have already ordered from this store you are automatically eligible for presale access and will receive a code.
Can I purchase accessible tickets?
Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands and France:
Accessible tickets will be available in the presale via the respective show ticketing page. You will need your presale code to purchase accessible tickets.
United Kingdom:
Accessible tickets will be available from the Wembley Box Office during the presale window by calling 0800 093 0824. You will need your presale code to purchase accessible tickets. For further information on buying accessible tickets for Wembley shows please visit the Wembley Stadium website.
Am I guaranteed a ticket if I order the album or merchandise?
No, tickets are not guaranteed with your album or merchandise order. We are providing presale access and tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis. We expect a very high demand and cannot guarantee tickets.
